Fabric Knits & Structures
We manufacture a diverse range of fabric knits and structures including fleece, thermal, terry, rib, velour, jacquard, plated jersey, and textured knits. Our expertise extends to polyester interlock, SJ Lycra, 100% cotton, PC cotton(ployester cotton),cotton lycra,polyester dryfit lycra and imported woven fabrics. We also specialize in performance-based constructions such as air mesh (GSM 320, 240, etc.), flat mesh ranging from 70 GSM to 160 GSM, and premium sherpa fabrics — all engineered for durability, comfort, and high-performance applications.
Advanced Machinery Setup
Our advanced production facility is equipped with 55 computerized single-needle stitching machines, 32 overlock machines, 5 folding machines, and 2 precision cutters,2 eyelet and button machines,2 feed of the arm machines,3+2 fusing machines,5 steam press units along with specialized 3 Baaltek equipment for enhanced performance. The setup further includes 1 Kansai elastic machine, 4 press tables, 2 boilers, a double-head heat transfer machine, and 2 compressors to ensure smooth workflow. Supporting infrastructure consists of 10 cutting tables, 14 finishing tables, 1 kaaj button machine, 1 edge cutter, and 1 feed-off machine dedicated for shirt production — enabling efficient, high-quality, and large-scale garment manufacturing.
Garmenting Capacity
Daily production capacity: 5000-6000 Round Neck T-Shirts and huddies, Polo T-Shirts upto 5000 pcs a day, and 300 Zipper garments — delivering efficiency at scale.
